I went in because of an ongoing pain in my knee after having a meniscus tear. Dr. Mark Hood gave me my diagnosis, and presented options without pushing anything on me. This included not doing anything as far as treatment went. I felt very comfortable with a diagnosis and appreciated greatly that he was cognizant of any costs that the treatment options might incur. Even the receptionist was attentive to how my insurance would cover any costs. Overall, it was a wonderful doctor's visit.
